Toddler Dance

Toddler Dance

There will also be Toddler Lessons in the new season 2025-2026   The first consists of 8 lessons which are given on:
 August 27 September 3, 10, 17, and 24 October 1, 8, and 15
Running, jumping, rolling, crawling, falling, and getting up again... Toddlers discover the world around them and are constantly in motion. In toddler dance classes, children are taught the basics of dance. They are captivated and encouraged to develop their movement abilities. Through free movement and simple movement exercises, children discover their body, the space around them, and their emotions. They are simultaneously developing language, musicality, and coordination. The elements of rhythm, space, and the joy of dancing are explored in a playful way. Moreover, dancing together with other children is a lot of fun. Various music styles are used in the classes. Your child can change in the building's locker room. Toddlers should wear clothes that allow them to move freely. Shoes with a smooth sole are also preferred; your child should be able to turn and slide their feet.

Children dance without a parent during class, and to maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we appreciate it if parents do not enter the room. You can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea in the hall/kitchen if you wish to remain in the dance studio during class. We have chosen to cover the windows during children's classes. In previous years, we've noticed that this creates a calmer atmosphere during classes. Also, a lot of photography was taken, and not everyone appreciates having their child photographed. Of course, we also love that you can admire your child's dance talent, so there is always a fifteen-minute open lesson in the last lesson of the block, and you are welcome. There's no registration fee, and after each block, you can indicate whether or not you'd like to continue with the next block.
